GYC of the Year Hits Close to Home

We're thrilled to share that Julie Warriner, GYC for both Palm Beach Area Mensa and Region 10, was named one of two American Mensa Gifted Youth Coordinators of the Year for 2026! The award recognizes exceptional leadership in revitalizing the Palm Beach Area Mensa Gifted Youth program — from rebuilding it from the ground up with educational, service, and social activities, to launching a youth newsletter, streamlining event operations and volunteer onboarding, and expanding opportunities for gifted youth and their families.

This role is entirely volunteer-run, and none of it would be possible without the incredible community of families, fellow coordinators, and supporters who make it all happen — a huge thank-you to everyone who's been part of the journey!
