For Gifted Youth
Palm Beach Mensa is Looking for Teen Gifted Youth Representatives!
Are you a gifted teen with a passion for leadership and community? Palm Beach Mensa is seeking Teen Representatives to help make an impact in our local group. This is a non-voting, appointed position where you'll work closely with our youth coordinator to develop and lead a project that benefits the Mensa community. Whether you're interested in organizing service events, hosting youth or family-friendly activities, or bringing new ideas to life - this is your opportunity to make a difference!
What You’ll Do:

Collaborate on projects that help our local gifted youth group thrive.

Choose service events and fun youth/family activities that engage others.

Build connections with other gifted teens through virtual and in-person events.

Build leadership skills while making lasting friendships.
Teen representatives in other Mensa regions are already thriving with exciting projects like virtual chess clubs, career webinars, and exciting in-person events. Meeting other teens with similar passions is the perfect way to feel more comfortable and excited about future events!

For Adults
Adults can play an essential role in shaping the experiences of our gifted youth. You can volunteer as:
Adult Volunteers:
Help plan and host events that interest our youth members or create family-friendly opportunities for the group. You don't need to be a Mensa member, but you must complete a background check approved by the National Office.
Parent Volunteers:
Mensa allows Mensan and non-Mensan parents to volunteer as Parent Volunteers for their local group so that the group may better serve their gifted youth. This is not an officer position and has no title associated with it. Additionally, Parent Volunteers serve with the understanding that they assist the elected and appointed officers by organizing events for the gifted youth in their group.
Volunteers can assist regularly or occasionally without taking on administrative responsibilities.
