Palm Beach Area Mensa Joins Forces with Sea Turtle Adventures for Coastal Clean-Up
On October 25th, more than 40 participants, including Mensa members, families, and friends, rolled up their sleeves at Gulfstream Park in Boynton Beach for a day of learning, teamwork, and service. Partnering with the incredible team at Sea Turtle Adventures, volunteers helped restore the shoreline through a hands-on beach clean-up and turtle education session.
After collecting 180 pounds of debris and learning about the vital role sea turtles play in our local ecosystem, several families took their commitment one step further by adopting turtle nests, a meaningful way to support conservation and protect Florida’s beloved marine life!
This event was one of our largest volunteer turnouts yet, proving once again that Palm Beach Area Mensa’s community spirit runs deep... on land AND at sea!
