At just 16, Palm Beach Mensa Gifted Youth member Kasey is proving that talent, heart, and hustle make a powerful trio. This summer, she’s relaunching her virtual fundraiser Parkin-Song II—a heartfelt musical campaign supporting the Parkinson’s Foundation—and riding the high of placing 2nd in the world at ISEF for Translational Medical Science. From harmonies to healing, Kasey is showing the world how one teen’s vision can strike all the right chords.

Palm Beach Mensa Gifted Youth member Kasey, age 16, is blending talent with heart in a way that’s nothing short of inspiring.

This summer, Kasey is bringing back her virtual music fundraiser and awareness campaign, Parkin-Song II, in support of those affected by Parkinson’s disease. Following the success of her first event—where musicians of all ages (including Gloria Estefan!) joined in and the campaign earned coverage on WPTV News—Kasey is once again rallying voices to raise awareness and funds for the Parkinson’s Foundation.

Her idea is simple but powerful: bring people together through music and compassion. In preparation for the event, scheduled for September 1–5, 2025, participants submitted videos of musical performances, each paired with messages of hope, support, and education. During the event week, viewers will be invited to watch the performances online and make donations to benefit the Parkinson’s Foundation—a virtual concert with real-world impact.

But Kasey’s accomplishments don’t stop there. This powerhouse student also earned 2nd place in the world in Translational Medical Science at the 2025 Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF)—the largest and most prestigious pre-college STEM competition on the planet.

Whether she’s advocating through the arts or innovating in science, Kasey exemplifies what it means to be gifted, driven, and deeply compassionate. Her work reminds us that age is no barrier to impact—and that one person’s passion really can spark change.
